Hello! My name is Kevin (or Innovare), and I’m looking for a dedicated painter to join me for an upcoming restoration project. I need someone reliable, personable, and with a strong work ethic. This is perfect for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn about the trades or sharpen their skills in professional painting and prep work.

Hiring: Painter

Start date: May 1st, 2026. Paid training is immediate.

Duration: 8 weeks.

Pay: Starts at $20/hr, scaling up to $25/hr based on experience and performance

A $1,000 stipend is awarded upon successful project completion

What you’ll be doing:

-Site prep: Masking with contractor paper, nylon, and tape.

-Surface work: Sanding, cleaning, and priming

-Finish: Painting via brush and roller

-Maintenance: Proper cleaning and care of materials

Training: if you’re hired, you’ll start with a 5 day paid training period to get you up to speed on my specific process.
